✅ Assessment of training experience

✅ Education on how to use gym equipment and how to use your body within a gym

✅ Working on fundamentals such as deadlifts, squats, push and pull moves, rotation exercises, core exercises and more

✅ A program of activities to do at home, at the gym or before and after other training

✅ Understand nutrition and how it compliments performance goals

✅ Training plan setup on an application which has videos to remind you how to do each exercises

✅ All exercises can be tracked and understood for performance reporting and compliancy for training
