What this includes:

  • 1-1 sessions in a private studio located in the centre of Dublin called Lift Dublin (This is not a public gym, and only has 3 other trainers in it) - https://maps.app.goo.gl/BaBqGxzNLn2U5ZdQ9

  • Assessment of training experience

  • Education on how to use gym equipment and how to use your body within a gym

  • Working on fundamentals such as deadlifts, squats, push and pull moves, rotation exercises, core exercises and more

  • A program of activities to do at home, at the gym or before and after other training

  • Understand nutrition and how it compliments performance goals

  • Training plan setup on an application which has videos to remind you how to do each exercises

  • All exercises can be tracked and understood for performance reporting and compliancy for training



What happens now?

  • I will then respond by email and contact you by WhatsApp (all people I work with can I reach me on my personal number)

  • Our first training session is always “lets learn what your body can do” and is more social and simple movements. It is low stress.

  • Depending on the goal, things are adjusted training becoming less educational/form drive to a more focus session on getting closer to your goal.
