Interested? Here’s how we get started:

  • You fill out this quick form to let me know you're interested in knowing more

  • I send you an audio message to give you a bit more info, and ask you a few personal questions

  • We discuss your goals - be it a 5k, 10k, virtual marathon or an ultra running adventure

  • I create your personalised plan with days/run types (tempo, easy, long) tailored to you

  • You get running!

  • At the end of the month, you do a time trial to see where you are

  • We tweak your plan and get you ready for your next goal!
