HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?

 

1. 30 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINER CONSULTATION

Sign up for a initial 30 minute consultation. In the consultation we will learn about your goals, likes, hates, and where you want to be in 6, 12, 18 weeks from now. We will record your current state of fitness and well-being and create a personalised plan just for you. 

 

2. LET THE FAT LOSS, BODY TONING, GAINING MUSCLE PERSONAL TRAINING BEGIN

Located in Dublin City Centre. Training will be a mix of resistance training (body and weight) exercises and cardiovascular training methods to ensure you get the very best training and results.

Depending on your time, goals and targets training sessions can occur anytime between 6am - 10pm.

 

3. 1 TO 1 TRAINING - EAT, TRAIN, SLEEP REPEAT

As you train it will be important to record the food you eat. Personally I use MyFitnessPal. This will allow your personal trainer to review and recommend better foods to promote a healthier life, and a more prepared state for exercise.

I am a qualified personal trainer & group fitness instructor with an internationally recognised qualification - (European Qualification Framework (EQF) Level 4 – the highest fitness instructor standard in Europe). I enjoy working with first time gym users to elite athletes in areas such as fat loss, muscle development, hypertrophy, increased strength & maintenance of desired goals.

I believe that there is no point reaching goals, if you cannot sustain/maintain those improvements/gains. Additional qualifications include Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, TRX, Indoor Cycling & Exercise to Music.

With over 10 years’ experience in athletics, weight management, resistance training, plyometric work, strength drills and program design I have the skills needed to help you reach your goals.
