Runners Strength Class (Remote Only)

This is our remote 7am class OR classes on repeats

Wednesday 6th of November to Wednesday 18th of December

Class is 40 minutes in length

You do not need to access the live class because you will receive the live class as a recording to do later that day, or throughout the week

    This class will build weekly from good mobility and movement, into stronger movements, and then into increased strength. As you continue with the class steadily, it will just be like adding a few miles per week to your long run.

    Remember if you miss class, you will get a recording of the class within 1 hour after live class ends

    Live class is at 7am. However, about 40% of users do the class with 24-48 hours after the live class
