Here is a little guide with information that I have a wrote for first time marathoners, and first time #dublinmarathon runners.
It is organised with kilometres/miles, some general marathon mindset guiding by portion of race and some of my own views on the course.
Please feel free to add you favourite parts, or course advice on certain sections I may have left out.

This is a guide to help you have an idea where your runner or runners might be based on 2 things. Their goal race time or pace. And the wave they are in. Once you know this, you have some information to help you have a guideline.
