Use this form to race day, but not too close to get some pre-race thoughts in.

What is this for

  • This form helps us catch any last-minute questions or concerns about your race pacing, effort, gels, nutrition, and more—so you’re feeling calm and confident going into your event.

When to fill this out

  • Try to complete it about 7 days before your race (not earlier)

  • Avoid submitting it within 36 hours of the event (so I have time to get it done) —at that point, it’s best to focus on rest and routine.
