Step 1 - History

  • First, create a free account on Training Peaks here.

  • Next, connect your running data accounts by using this link: allowing me to sync your running data.

  • You might also get an email link for account setup; remember, Training Peaks is free, so no need for a new signup if you've done this.

Step 5 - Setup a call

Option 1: After signing up, we'll arrange a 30-minute Zoom call to discuss goals, injury history, and objectives for tomorrow, 6 weeks, and 6 months ahead.

Option 2: Before signing up, we'll have a 10-minute pre-call to explain how things work. Once you join, a follow-up 20-minute call will focus on setting goals, training ambitions, and future plans. If you are interested in the pre-call either email me at andrew@fitnessgoose.com or WhatsApp me on 0871248181 (and then I will confirm a call time by WhatsApp) but before we have a call make sure that step 1 complete
