The club accommodates a range of runners, from beginners to advanced, training for various events including track, middle distance, marathons, ultra-marathons, and adventure races.

Our programs are managed through TrainingPeaks, and we provide detailed reporting metrics to monitor energy levels, training quality, and make adjustments based on personal stress, life, and work factors.

Whether you are involved in our strength classes, running programs on 1-1 training, you are invited into the Fitness Goose Community.

Opportunities for race discounts, gear discounts, access to special events with Brooks Running and can join us on all of our away trips in Ireland and the world.

So far we’ve been as a group to Oslo Norway, Barcelona Spain, Gran Canaria Spain, Rome Italy, Istria Croatia and soon Vienna Austria

Personal training is offered both in-person at Lift Dublin 7 in Smithfield and online via Zoom 1-1 sessions, accommodating various preferences and needs. This flexibility allows clients to choose their preferred training method, fitting their lifestyle, availability, and fitness goals, ensuring they receive tailored workout plans, focused attention, and the necessary motivation to reach their health and fitness targets.

Who is the coach?


I'm Andrew, aka Fitness Goose; an ultra running personal trainer who pretty much lives to help people achieve their goals. Not just body goals, but health goals, fitness goals, and goals that take people further afield.

Whether it's personal training sessions to help a first timer to get comfortable in the gym, or a running plan to get a 5k park runner to undertake their first ultra adventure, I work closely with you to create a plan that suits your life and your plans.

One thing I don't do is offer anything from a copy and paste programme. From day one I'm here throughout your training journey, be that through 1-1 motivational talks over video chat or developing new training strategies to break a running PB. I'm with you all the way to the finish line.
